A factory address, not a trading desk.

The company was founded in 2008 and completed its brand upgrade in 2018. The workshop is at No. 27 Maofeng Street, Xinqian Street, Huangyan District, Taizhou. Public figures for the plant are a floor area above 2,000 m², a team of more than 25, and capacity for more than 200 molds a year.

OSLON Precision Mold was founded in 2008 and works from No. 27 Maofeng Street, Xinqian Street, Huangyan District, Taizhou, Zhejiang, China. The public factory area is more than 2,000 m².

Which PET preform mold projects are documented?

Two projects are published with confirmed fields. The 64-cavity mold is a 14 g, 29/25 mineral-water preform on a Yizumi 320T with a 12-second target cycle. The 72-cavity mold is a 14 g, 30/25 mineral-water preform on a Yizumi 480T with a 15-second target cycle. Both record a needle-valve hot runner, a 4Cr13H mold base and S636 cores and cavities.

What cavity counts can you build?

The published capability is up to 144 cavities. A 48-cavity hot runner preform mold is shown as a photograph, without a full specification. Final cavity count still depends on the preform, neck finish, machine and output.

What should I send for a quotation?

Send the preform drawing or sample, neck finish, weight, target cavity count or hourly output, resin, and the injection machine brand and model. Fields that are not in those documents stay open. They are not filled in with a catalog default.
