Information you choose to send

When you submit the inquiry form, the contact details, project information and any attached drawings are sent to OSLON Precision Mold through a contracted email-delivery provider. The website does not keep a separate database for email-form submissions. The email service and the OSLON Precision Mold mailbox may retain the message and attachments so the project can be evaluated and answered. Information sent by email or WhatsApp is handled through those services for the same purpose.

Optional WhatsApp calculator verification

When WhatsApp verification is enabled, we ask for your agreement before creating a verification request. You must send the prepared message from WhatsApp yourself. Opening a link does not verify your account. We receive the verification message through the official WhatsApp Business Platform and store your project inputs, result, consent version, receipt ID and verified WhatsApp contact for inquiry follow-up. A phone number is recorded only when WhatsApp provides it; some accounts provide a business-scoped identifier instead. We do not import your address book or unrelated conversations.

Verification links expire after 10 minutes. Unverified requests become eligible for deletion after one day, and verified website records after 30 days; deletion runs on subsequent verification activity. A hashed connection identifier is used to limit abusive requests. Verification does not subscribe you to marketing messages. WhatsApp messages retained by WhatsApp or in OSLON’s business inbox are managed separately. Contact Frank Deng to request access to or deletion of your website record.

Technical data

No analytics, advertising cookies or consent-management platform is configured in this version. Standard hosting infrastructure may process limited connection and security logs.
